During this 1 hour walk through of your home, we will offer ideas and tips on how to simplify and style your home in preparation for listing. After the consultation, we will email a written report of recommendations for your reference! $150

Taking time to market your property is key in order to gain the highest price in the shortest time. During an Occupied Stage, we work with the homeowner’s existing items and supplement with artwork, decor and furniture from our inventory.
